Revised Reasons I want to lose weight! (much happier with this – I feel excited when I read it, not depressed!)

1) I will feel proud and happy when I see photos of myself.

2) The effort I go to with my appearance will be noticed.

3) I will feel strong and fit when I exercise.

4) I won’t feel pain in my knees, back, ankles and feet.

5) Everything in my wardrobe will fit me and I will be able to dress the way I want to, wear clothes that I once wore and I felt fantastic in and feel like an individual again.   

6) I will feel sexy and attractive around the husband. I will have a waist.

7) I will have so much energy.

8 ) I will be happy and healthy when I am pregnant.

9) I will have a normal relationship with food.
